Eligibility for Returns:
- Unopened, unused coffee products can be returned within the specified return window.
- Opened coffee bags can be returned if there is a legitimate reason, such as flavor taints or incorrect grind settings affecting the brewing process.
- Used coffee brewing equipment or merchandise can only be returned in case of malfunction or manufacturing defects.

- Proof of purchase is required for returns.
