Pogo Coffee Roasters = Specialty coffee for the modern coffee consumer.

Allways Coffee Release 010 by Pogo Coffee Roasters

Say G'day to Pogo Coffee. A small specialty coffee roastery and cafe from Adelaide treading their own path. For many roasters starting up, there is an unspoken frame work or recipe aid their sucess and industry approval: Buy a probat coffee roaster, partner with a particular group of green coffee importers, roast your coffee dangerously light and watch the customers roll in. Fraser Monfries, owner of Pogo Coffee Roasters does not fit this niche. Pogo seems to have their sights set on keeping things more approachable for the everyday coffee  drinker. Pogo chooses to roast darker than industry trends to keep things strong and full bodied. They also use a Chinook, fluid-bed air roaster to roast all their coffee. This allows them to roaster to a darker level more evenly, resulting in a cleaner finish when tasting the coffee.

Bounce

Bounce is Pogo's flagship espresso blend, named with intention to do exactly that: put some bounce in your day. It's roasted dark, has lots of body and not afraid of a little bit of milk.

Edilio Soares, Brazil

This particular coffee was roasted for espresso brewing. Edilio Soares is a 3rd generation coffee from the mountains  of farmer Espirito Santos. Up until he began his pursuit to be a coffee grower his families farming practices weren't up to scratch and they weren't aware that by improving their practices and selling to the specialty coffee market they could drastically improve their profits. Edilio is now planting new varieties, taking great care of the crops and taking his families farm "Coquerial" to the next level.

Rafael Vinhal, Brazil

This particular coffee was roasted for filter coffee. Rafael Vinhal and his family's farm/company is called "Vinhal Coffee's." Rafael is some kind of processing method wizard.
